Rübsamen & Herr Elektrobau GmbH offers customer-oriented solutions through planning, production, delivery and marketing. Its customers include industry sectors such as mechanical engineering, automotive and food processing, control and enclosure manufacturers as well as the IT industry in Germany, in most European countries as well as in North America and Australia. Closeness to customers is achieved through presentations at specialised trade fairs and, in addition, through sales representatives and distributors who support and try to meet all customer needs and requirements on site.
This medium-sized company was founded in 1964 and was involved in the winding and repair of electric motors. It is now run by the second generation. Rübsamen & Herr Elektrobau GmbH is located in Neunkirchen, in the forested region of Siegerland, close to the A45 motorway (Sauerlandlinie).
The year 1968 is marked by the production of electrical control panels, and 1976 by the manufacture of filterfans for enclosures. It should be noted that in 1981, the production programme of the company was extended by the manufacture of enclosure heaters.
In 1996, Rübsamen & Herr Elektrobau GmbH received quality management system certification in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001. In January 2000, the company moved into the new "Am Scheid" building in Wiederstein, and in 2002 the product range was expanded with the introduction of thermoelectric products.
In 2014, Rübsamen & Herr Elektrobau celebrated its 50th anniversary.

Filterfans and extractor fans:
LV series filterfans. For the ventilation of control cabinets, enclosures and cabinets. A variety of flat panel filters for collecting dust. The LV range allows low profile and quick installation. EMC versions are available.
EC fans LV 200 EC - LV 250 EC - LV 300 EC. Energy efficient AC fans with EC technology. Fully integrated electronics, no size change. Energy consumption is considerably reduced. Low noise level. Long service life. Fan speed is independent of line frequency. Wide input voltage range (230 V version: 195 - 265 V). Electronic safety interlock of the rotor. Reduction of weight by means of plastic material of the casing and impeller.
Exhaust filters series GV. Suitable for LV series filterfans. The GV range offers a low profile and quick installation. EMC versions available.
Filterfans and exhaust filters IP 55. Z-LINE filter with F5 class filter. UV-resistant external grille for outdoor use. The casing is made of stainless steel.
KB 400 gill plates. For the outdoor use of filterfans and extract grilles. Weather and corrosion resistant. Can be retrofitted to existing housings.

Ceiling fans DL 1 500. Air flow 1500 m³/h. Low noise level. Quick installation on top of the enclosure. Suitable for IT and server racks.
Ceiling Filter Fans and Exhaust Filter Fans DVL / DVE 400 - 800. Tool-free mounting and filter replacement. Can be combined with all type LV 400 - 800 fans. The housings are made of high quality ABS plastic. Standard colours RAL 7035 and RAL 7016.
Enclosure heaters:
Enclosure heaters SM 10 - 45. PTC 10 - 45 watt self-regulating heaters. Optimised profile with higher heating capacity and lower surface temperature. Tool-free mounting and connection. Clip-on mounting rail application.
Heaters for SH 60 - 400L enclosures. Reduces temperature fluctuations inside the control cabinet. Helps avoid condensation. Heat outputs from 10 W to 400 W.
Enclosure heaters with fan heater SL 250 - 650. A heat output of 250 to 650 W in a single enclosure. 2 heating circuits in different configurations. Fan and heater connected separately. Integrated temperature limiter to enable switching off if the fan fails. Compact design, light weight. Spring clamp connection. Various controllers for temperature and humidity.
Heat exchangers:
Air/air heat exchangers. Separate internal and external air cycles. Heat exchangers can be mounted outside or inside the panel. Specific heat capacity range from 14 to 80 W/K. Degree of protection IP 54 in accordance with EN 60529.
Air/water heat exchanger. For operation in environments with high temperatures or in dirty environments. No routine maintenance, either replacement of filters or cleaning of heat exchangers. Cooling output 1750 - 15000 W. IP 55 degree of protection in accordance with EN 60529.
